SUMMARY

The VMS Delivery Business Systems Analyst is a client facing role with system and project support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will come from and MSP or Staffing background and will have 3-5 years in project/systems analysis experience.

The VMS Business Systems Analyst will act as a liason between the program and the client. This role is client and customer facing and will be challenging and exciting every single day!

Systems knowledge (VMS preferred)

  • Experience managing use roles, rights and access

  • Identifying and managing security risks

  • Can explain and document workflows

  • Systems integration knowledge

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Test scenario knowledge

  • Test script creation

  • Experience triaging issues and failures to identify cause

  • Working with teams to expedite testing

  • Produce reports and analysis on outcome

General Project Management skills

  • Identify and complete tasks independently

  • Prioritize tasks to match customer expectations

  • Delegate action items

  • Good communication skills

  • Lead meetings

  • Document meeting minutes

Business Analysis skills

  • Gather requirements

  • Experience translating business needs into technical solutions

Problem solving skills

  • Takes time and asks questions to fully understand issue, downstream impacts, and risks

  • Prior experience presenting and communication complex concepts/initiatives to cross functional teams
