ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead core innovation strategy for local brands at the international region

• Discover and initiate new projects to fill pipeline

• Integrate and synthesize consumer insights and trends as part of pipeline discovery

• Harmonize, scale up projects & build toolkit for key launches

• Own business case and P&L for international projects

• Lead projects & teams through stage gates including efficient transition to in market teams for launch readiness & execution

• Embed in market team to maintain strong partnership with market lead & strategy and ensure innovation and commercialization meet requirements to maximize in market results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred

• Marketing / Innovation experience, 6+ years minimum, preferably in CPG industry and in market experience

• Brand building or new product commercialization experience in a fast moving consumer goods industry

• Experience with ownership of P&L

• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams

• Understanding of the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare innovation model (if internal posting)
