Job Description:

Position Summary

The PTM:

o Is the single point of contact leading testing for large or multiple small/medium scale projects sponsored by I&BST Tech Executives.

o Is a member of the Core Project Team working directly with Technology, Business and QA Leads and Managers.

o Manages all testing efforts to ensure Production Readiness.

o Is accountable and participates in all phases of testing deliverables (planning, data, testing goals, script creation, script execution, traceability, defect management, implementation support).

o Is responsible for project’s adherence to all Enterprise Testing Standards.

o Communicates regularly with Senior Leaders via project meetings and status reports.

Required Skills

o Project Test Management –large scale efforts

o Experience with managing cross-business, cross-platform integrated (E2E) testing

o Expertise with testing standards,requirements and best practices

o System Development lifecycle knowledge

o HP-ALM expertise all modules

o Proven leadership ability

o Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

o Attention to detail

Desired Skills

o Bank of America Consumer &/or GWIM Application or LOB knowledge

o Agile Methodology experience

o Jira
