This is a paid internship at 40 hours per week during core business hours, based out of Pasadena, CA.
Majors in Human Resource/Talent Management or Cognitive Psychology/User Experience urged to apply.
The responsibilities for this position include the following :
Assist in major company paradigm shift towards collaborative communication processes.
Renovate Talent Management and broader company content into modern voice through editorial and writing.
Transform complex Talent Management queries and processes into an evolving centralized database of interactive, informational articles.
This isis a heavy writing internship role. If you are independent and proactive, insightful, can readily learn or understand complex material, and yearn to enact a creative voice, let’s talk now!
Incumbent must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and completed at least one year of study.
An ability to work with procedures and processes, along with good communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must.
Must be a self-starter and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaborating and assisting the team to meet business objectives.
Experience in document writing and producing flow charts in MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
Exceptional composition and editing abilities.
Metric driven and focused on continual improvement.
