HRIS Administrator - Tier 1 Support
- The HRMS Administrator - Tier 1 Support is primarily responsible for providing functional operational support for the Human Resources systems and the business users as required by this international hospitality company.
Providing Tier 1 support to HR users, including recruiters, HR and managers on property, regarding HR systems and processes - including which form to use to request information set up, fielding questions about processes or job aids and forwarding tickets to the support mailbox for HRMS, Payroll or the HR Service Center as appropriate.
The HRMS Administrator - Tier 1 Support will work directly with other members of the HRMS team to understand processes, system functionality and to direct support questions to other analysts as needed.
Focus is on SaaS HR and Recruitment systems, with other systems also supported as required.
Essential Job Functions Responsibility %
Provides support for the day-to-day functions of one or more of the HR systems, including answering calls and emails, creating reports and maintaining data 90
Maintains systems issues logs, ticket information and other operational support documentation per HRMS standards and as required 10
- College degree preferred.
Experience with ERP HR/Payroll modules as well as other modules such as Talent Management, Learning or Recruiting. Success Factors a plus.
Experience with HR processes such as recruiting, HR transactions such as hiring, terminating, updating HR records.

At least 1 year in a functional role concerned with system administration
Ability to function effectively and efficiently in a busy work environment, to handle stress, and to communicate with competence and kindness under pressure
Moderate level of experience with system support for hosted and SaaS systems
Efficient using Microsoft Office Efficient using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Service Now
