Due to internal career progression, the vacancy of Key Account Manager – Coles has arisen. With a strong background in Account Management or Field Sales, your expertise, drive and resilience will enable you to provide a full service to customers, developing and implementing strategies and plans to create win/win outcomes. You will be targeted to achieve company volume, net sales and share objectives. You will leverage your Account Management skills to further build our customer relationship.
You will be a part of our success by:-
Assisting theNational Business Manager & National Account Manager in delivery of sales& profit targets across the Coles account
Building andmaintaining strong relationships with key Coles stakeholders
Owning theColes Breakfast Promotional program and ensuring the plan delivers maximum ROI& Nett Sales
Driving Coles Breakfast volume,sales volumes, gross profit & market share
Developingnew line launch plans to ensure speed to market on new lines & ongoingsuccess
Rangeexpansion and distribution
Workingclosely with the Kellogg Field Sales team to ensure execution in-store isaligned to plan
We’re looking for an individual who has a real passion for what they do, to develop strong relationships, someone who can support and guide them to make the best decisions. Key experiences we’re looking for include:
A strong career track record inthe FMCG industry, gained in either field sales, sales management or accountmanagement
Strong negotiating skills andcomputer literacy are pre-requisites (sufficient proficiency in all MS officeapplications as well as SAP, BW and Nielsen modules).
Outstanding written and verbalcommunication and presentation skills
Strong numeric skills
