Kforce Call Center Customer Service Representative II in Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Kforce has a client seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative II in Oshkosh, Wisconsin (WI).Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer inquiries, providing bankers with account information, resolving or referring billing disputes, correcting payment errors, reversing fee and finance charges as appropriate and per guidelines, account maintenance, acting on lost and stolen credit cards or checks, researching banker problems that couldn't be resolved during initial contact

  • Will receive training on the manual, systems, and products serviced

  • Calls will be monitored, and you will be coached based on those monitors

  • It is a professional environment; There are strict attendance policies

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products

  • Ability to solve problems rapidly

  • Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software

  • Call Center experience preferred

  • Professional telephone demeanor
