WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be copying and tracking client's materials/correspondence, ensuring accurate account set up and resolving any issues with account information. You will be answering client questions via phone and email, setting up and maintaining client management system and documenting all information in the system as needed.
