Primary Skill. Windows Sys Admin, Microsoft SCCM Build and

Secondary Skill. Active Directory Build and Administration

L2/3 Level expertise on Windows Servers and Wintel infrastructure components

Hands on experience on Enterprise wide Active Directory Management, Configuration and Troubleshooting

Expertise in large scale DNS and DHCP deployment

Experience with System center products such as SCOM, Hyper V

Experience with Operating System Installation, Configuration, Upgrade and Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Group Policy issues

Experience in managing and troubleshooting complex SCCM 2007 and 2012 R2 environments

Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting

Must be well versed with ITIL processes, especially Problem and Change Management lifecycle

Must have proven experience in Problem Management in large and complex environments Experience in handling Major critical incidents and providing resolution and RCA

Well versed with Service Now Tool

Must have an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving

Experience of providing support in a similar professional organization

Must be able to manage own teams workload and adhere required client procedures

Represents ideas and thoughts in a clear focused manner using effective verbal and nonverbal communication techniques in both formal and informal settings.

Expresses ideas clearly, convincingly and concisely, and without using consultant or technical speak when necessary.

Experience with Windows System Administration, to include user account administration, installation and configuration of workstations and peripherals, kernel parameter and disk partition modification, client-server support, software and hardware upgrades, troubleshooting, and shell script programming

Experience with VMware vSphere and VMware Photon platform

Experience with installation and configuration of VMware Photon is must

Apache Kafka experience is a must. Configuration, set up, upgrades, mirroring and performance tuning

Familiarity with Micro services, Linux Containers (Docker), CEPH

Compute System Administrator (Linux) with good virtualization experience

Must have Experience:

Windows System operations Support

Storage Migration, Consolidation

OS Upgrade / Patching

Decommissioning after OS upgrade

Upgrade requests for Applications, McAfee, Citrix software’s

CR Implementation as scheduled during Common Maintenance Window (Weekdays / Weekends).

Involves researching, developing, innovating and delivering effective and consistent solutions to support the infrastructure systems ensuring the application of current and emerging technologies.

• Documentation/Regulatory requirements;

• Remotely managed servers overseas, including

o System Monitoring;

o Security Management;

o Back-up Services (monitoring only);

o Hardware Services (advisory).

• Developing and implementing service improvements;

• Attending with Active ownership of DR rehearsals;

• Monthly Reporting;

• Designing and implementing Ad-hoc project work requests; On-call cover and out of hours support.

• Qualification: Engineering or equivalent degree

• Should be proficient in Technology Solution Design
