ALL employees will go through New Hire Training, Basic Employee Skills Training, and our Service Line Training Program to ensure our equipment operators are competent, safe and efficient in order to provide a high quality service to our customer.
The Chlorine Dioxide Supervisor is primarily responsible for the overall functionality of the unit, interpreting, reading and adjusting gauges and meters, performing routine water analysis and generating solution analysis, and assuring paperwork is completed accurately.
Monitors chemical pumps for acceptable dosing levels
Records data on daily log and maintain accuracy
Conducts regularly scheduled walk arounds to check system integrity and chemical inventory
Ensures daily operations are in compliance with HSE, EPA and OSHA regulations
Verifies that all equipment is running properly and notifies management if there are issues
Maintains daily housekeeping at the work site
Provides customer service and detailed information to company representative
Performs any required preventative maintenance
Performs routine analytical procedures
Maintains quality assurance/quality control logs
Complies with the company-s general policies and procedures
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
One year of related experience and/or training; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to pass physical examination and drug screening
Prior experience in the oil and gas industry
Proven technical/mechanical experience
At least three years of progressive career growth
Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
Light to moderate physical effort required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Walk, reach and move about the facility on a regular basis
