Logistics Manager

This individual will develop a delivery model and identify opportunities to improve or optimize current state, they will also develop a free shipping program/model and will create the go forward vision around leveraging stores as fulfillment assets, including but not limited to buy online and ship from store. This and other last mile initiatives are exciting, fast-paced, and highly-visible and we are looking for a leader who can help disrupt the status quo and redefine convenience.


-Lead the direction, development, execution and roadmap definition of our last mile strategies. Familiarity with how ship-to-home programs and promotions are developed and/or executed a budget spend on get free shipping.

-Strategy lead and project manager for all initiatives and pilots related to last mile delivery. Have either individually or as part of a team, created or improved ways of leveraging the companys existing or potential assets to fulfill goods to consumers.

-Lead key transformations in supply chain (or in partnership), allowing our stores to receive product faster and more often without increasing costs of delivery. Ability to work cross functionally with key fulfillment partners such as Logistics, supply chain and other partners, such as IT.

-Assess current and future business needs regularly and gain senior executive alignment by means of financial modeling, plans to operationalize at retail and pilot / go-to-market plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

-Responsible for Aces formal delivery strategy on upon launch, maintaining a profitable model and controlling delivery expenses for our retailers.

-Manage and continue to enrich an operating platform that includes routing optimization, technology integration, store-level device utilization and data analytics for greater visibility.

-Manage ongoing partnerships with key stakeholders such as retailers and field staff; gaining an understanding of the retail model and RSC logistics. This insight should inform channel strategies and eliminate cost and friction in operations

-Manage training, creation of operational best practices and communication to stakeholders and consumers.

-Able to influence retail community to adapt toward last mile trends and processes that will drive new revenue streams, while managing cost and operational challenges to do so

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
