Samsung Electronics America Account Manager - Optus in NSW Sydney, Australia

Position Summary

As the Account manager for Optus, the core responsibilities for this role would revolve around the development of a successful sales and relationship engagement model. This will be achieved in a number of ways including:

•Sales plans and targets

•Developing and maintaining senior relationships with Optus across multiple channels

•Identifying and reporting on new business opportunities

•Maximizing new business development opportunities

•Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams

•Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s IM based product

Role and Responsibilities

  • Planning / Opportunity Development, Relationship, Business Management

  • Understand Optus’ business strategies and motivations to exploit Samsung’s unique proposition

  • Build the appropriate network of relationships across all Optus Business Units

  • Meet assigned financial targets and market share targets

  • Create a tight internal engagement with Samsung business and support groups

  • Build strong ties with sales teams in all territories to ensure there a solid understanding of solutions offered by the Optus which can be discussed with enterprise clients

Skills and Qualifications

To Succeed in this role you should have :

  • You must have at least 10 years mobility

  • Channel experience mandatory
