Responsibilities include observation, testing and documentation of civil and environmental construction projects. Knowledge and experience of soil and/or geosynthetics lining systems construction is preferred.The position has the potential to advance a career into project and construction manager if the candidate exceeds expectations.Qualifications include:•GED or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental engineering/technology, Construction Management or Geology and three years related experience in Construction QA/QC or Construction Management.•Landfill CQA experience is a plus.•Construction material lab experience a plus.•Must be able to travel•Required to work in the field for 50+ hours/week.•40-hour HAZWOPER certified a plus.•Troxler Nuclear Density Gauge operator a plus.•Excellent organizational and communication skills.•Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office required.•Must be able to work constructively in diverse teams including engineers, technicians, and non-technical personnel.Additional Requirements:* CTI is a Drug-Free Workplace - Must pass pre-hire drug screen.* Must possess valid driver's license.* Must be able to physically navigate construction sites.* Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.CTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
