We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Support Officer to work for HD Decisions, a part of Experian. HD Decisions is an innovative, fast growing company with many opportunities to bring together analytical insight, rich data sources and flexible, real-time web based applications to drive value.

This is a great opportunity for you to start your career in project management, change management or resource management as a Portfolio Support Officer. The individual will gain exposure to multiple processes, including planning, execution, resource, change, risk and issue management, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing weekly status report for all HD projects

  • Cross functional resource management support

  • Manage small client projects and internal projects

  • Provide a view of all impending project deliveries

  • Pro-actively manage outstanding actions on the HD risk register

  • Take ownership of the Business Continuity plan

  • Responsible for maintaining the critical project controls, such as the plan, risk log, and other project documentation in line with defined standards

  • Facilitate and administer the change control process

  • Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business

  • Take personal responsibility to ensure that you adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and networking skills. You must be able to work independently and show initiative to solve problems, with a keen eye for the detail!
