We are in search of a Corporate Recruiter for a growing company in lower Fairfield.

This is a newly created position where the Corporate Recruiter will need to do a large and quick ramp up to support the company's plans for growth on a national level.

Randstad Professionals is representing a growing retail organization that is seeking a Corporate Recruiting Manager to join their team in Port Chester, NY.

This is a newly created position where the Recruiting Manager will start and manage our client's recruiting and training process. The Recruiting Manager will partner closely with the Head of Showrooms and will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our client's organization on a national level.

responsibilities:

Design and maintain job postings for internal job openings.

Monitor the effectiveness of job advertisements.

Screen candidate resumes and develop a robust pipeline of candidates.

Maintain internal ATS.

Develop and maintain contact with local recruiting resources.

Maintain candidate profiles.

Schedule candidate phone screens, and in person interviews.

Conduct reference checks.

Partner with internal team members to coordinate new hire background checks.

Organize onboarding process for new hires, including travel iternary, welcome packet, and pre-work assignments.

qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting/ training in a medium-large size corporate environment.

Prior experience as a Corporate Recruiter for a retail organization a huge plus.

Bachelor's Degree

Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
