The Health Engagement Engine (HEE) is one of the key sources of competitive advantage for CVS Health and the enabler to delivering on the vision set forth by the merger of CVS and Caremark in 2007. In this exciting new position, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with enterprise wide program/channel/system owners and the Health Engagement Engine team to design and develop new customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns, maintain existing program and client configurations, and execute associated operational and implementation activities.
This position impacts organizational growth via enabling behavior-change messages to both our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) clients and Retail Pharmacy patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Setting up new targeting campaigns and programs:
Working collaboratively with colleagues and business partners to vet data requests, explore business cases, and design delivery solutions;
Developing target lists based on targeting requirements and via data tools including the Aprimo Campaign Management Tool (CMT) system and Teradata Relational Database Management System (using SQL);
Developing, documenting and maintaining procedures and queries necessary to prepare data based on targeting requirements and variations in intake data sources atting;
Developing and implementing quality assurance checks (from initial delivery to final merged data) in order to ensure data accuracy and recommending corrective actions when appropriate;
Working with various business and IT partners to assist in reporting/analytics data requests by asking appropriate questions and manipulating data accordingly.
Project management, implementation, and maintenance activities:
Working closely with product owners and project owners to solicit the business objectives of any campaign entering HEE
Coordinating program and client implementation and maintenance activities within the Health Engagement Engine (HEE) systems.
Responsibilities will include spreadsheet management, program and client enrollment and general data research.
Participating in project management activities for Health Engagement Engine (HEE) initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinating the development of operational timelines and milestone estimates from project team members, effectively prioritizing tasks.
Participating on multiple projects of varied complexity (simple to moderate) simultaneously.
To qualify for this highly visible role, candidates will have at least 5 years of professional work experience, preferably including 3 years experience of customer relationship management (CRM) campaign experience.
3+ years SQL experience
Identifying and breaking down business problems and issues
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and analytical frameworks to conduct analyses and/or measure success
Advanced SQL programming (Oracle, Teradata)
- Data flow documentation and data repository basics
Database Marketing experience is a STRONG plus
Campaign Relationship Management software such as Aprimo CIM or Unica
Business analysis, operations, project management, or B2B service
Data mining and data analytics
This experience should include demonstrated skills in identifying root causes of problems; developing and implementing technical solutions; using strong analytical skills in the form of SQL, MS Access, and/or SAS programming.
Candidates should have experience in working with relational databases and have experience with data manipulation, data conversion, query generation, import and export processes, report generation, macros and front end menus or forms.
Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of working within software development lifecycles, basic project management skills, and effective communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience in completing projects independently and on-time is expected.
Candidates will need to demonstrate comfort in leading projects, facilitating project and development meetings, and presenting to an audience.
Highly effective, professional, verbal and written communication and networking skills
Verifiable Bachelor degree required. Will consider combination of education and years of relevant work experience.
