This job was posted by : For more information, please see: job id - 467514Job Responsibilities:--Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by directing phone calls to the appropriate area.--Assist members with phone/video inquiries regarding credit union products and services, while maintaining excellent courtesy and tact with members.--Resolves member concerns with urgency and accuracy, and escalates member concerns to appropriate supervisor when necessary.--Cross-sells credit union products and services, in order to meet established service and sales goals.--Assist members with requests and self-service options, maintain and review personal productivity reports, and perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:--Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.--Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with ability to type 35wpm.--Background check, drug screen and credit check will be processed for this role.--Must be able to work rotating Saturdays.For more details go to URL.
