Georgia Employer NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER II in Norcross, Georgia

Plan, schedule, and coordinate the supply, material flow, and storage of inventory from the supplier to the customer. Control flow ofmaterials and/or products to ensure arrival according to schedule and specifications to maximize efficiency. Work with field support andcustomer service to ensure that customer requirements are met. May work with outside vendors to negotiate and coordinate deliveryof required inventory. May also coordinate with customs agencies as necessary to ensure timely delivery/receipt of products in theabsence of a dedicated Import/Export Specialist. Career-Development position within field. Requires moderate skill sets and developingproficiency within discipline. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude forindependent judgment. Typically requires four to five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.Support domestic and international shipments. Perform analyses of organization and customer needs to ensure cost-efficient andtimely delivery of product. Research various transportation methods, investigating cost and performance. Career-Level position withinfield. Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline. Conducts complex work important to the organization. Works under minimalsupervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires six to nine years of relevant experience or equivalentcombination of experience and education.Act as main point of contact with clients post-sale to ensure needs and expectations are met. Perform account maintenance by handlingcustomer concerns, account issues, and escalated support inquiries. Direct clients to appropriate department for issue resolution. Donot close sales, but provide guidance and suggestions to clients and identify and qualify new opportunities. May work in tandem with asales representative who closes sales and then transitions customer for ongoing account maintenance. Career-Development positionwithin field.
