The Contract Administrator/Paralegal will report to two attorneys for Coca-Cola Bottling within the Reyes Family of Businesses. This role will support those attorneys in all legal areas including contracts administration and general corporate matters.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Support attorneys and employees with contract drafting, review, negotiation and administration.
Prepare responses to subpoenas.
Prepare presentations and training materials.
Assist in acquisitions as needed.
Maintain legal-related intranet sites and manage all aspects of filing system.
Schedule meetings and conference calls.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Four plus years of paralegal experience
Strong ethical background and commitment to integrity
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, following through until completion
Ability to interact with employees at all levels within the company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
In- house paralegal experience
