Duties: Develop, deploy, and support large-scale applications in time-sensitive production environments. Work closely with operation product owners to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementations. Produce and prioritize realistic timeframes for production schedules. Follow up on application developments and implement strategic guidelines for service level agreements (SLAs). Apply Agile methodology and use business intelligence tools to develop regulatory reports. Review and analyze operations' requirements across CIB LATAM. Back up and create documentation for promoted and executed projects. Coordinate with business department to verify requirements' specifications. Communicate with stakeholders about production progress and key deliveries. Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Systems/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as Business Intelligence Consultant, Application Developer, System Analyst, or related occupation. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: Colombia regulatory reporting and LATAM markets; regulatory reports templates, frequencies, contexts, levels of data, submission methods, and products' regulations for Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile; and business intelligence tools such as Business Object, Database, Cognos, Data Stage, or Pentaho.
