  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of members and proactively ensure that each member is engaged and participating in company programs (in-person meetings, webcasts, benchmarking opportunities) to achieve an annual retention goal.

  • Deliver a world-class experience by executing flawless member meetings within budget parameters. This includes managing onsite logistics, as well as, communications throughout the agenda planning process.

  • Lead the membership processes for members from onboarding through renewal.

  • Collaborate with internal company colleagues to ensure that we are leveraging all the organization on behalf of the member.

  • Analyze evaluation data from member meetings, and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to improve the member experience.

  • Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary person to build and develop trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives from large organizations.

  • Identify, track, report and execute actions related to member engagement.

  • Understand industry, company, and individual needs of members to identify new opportunities for member activities and engagement.

  • Execute meaningful engagement tactics/strategies with members and proactively manage members at risk of cancellation.

  • Meeting Planning/Event Management

  • Partner with Program Directors and Logistics Team to develop, manage and execute up to 10+ meetings per year.

  • Ensure that while on site at each meeting, the venue, food and beverage, transportation and audio-visual needs of each member are met through excellent customer service.

  • Monitor event performance objectives, recognizing areas for internal improvement, and developing/implementing strategies to enhance the member experience.

  • Manage a budget and provide monthly forecasts.

  • Operations

  • Prepare and submit expense reports.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of member engagement in CRM database.

  • Collaborate with members of other departments to administer membership activities, operational and budgetary elements to improve the value of memberships


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2-5 years’ business experience; event management and/or program management experience preferred.

  • Professional and Excellent communication skills.

  • Successful track record in account management and business relationship development, including proven ability to engage with business leaders at the senior executive and C-Suite levels.

  • Time management, organization, attention to detail and prioritization skills are a must.

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

  • Able and willing to travel 25% of the time.
