  • Drive profitable sales growth in accounts that meets or exceeds sales goals

  • Incorporate strategic planning in order to optimize revenue generation of sales efforts within a specific group of large, professional service firms

  • Learn full line of Tax & Accounting products including features, benefits, pricing, intended use, value proposition and competitive position in order to effectively serve clients

  • Understand and communicate client needs to inform product improvements and product extensions

  • Oversee the use of sales metrics

  • Manage team performance and management administration


  • A minimum of six years of direct outside sales experience; preferably within the tax and accounting industry

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience consistently achieving quotas/goals and developing strategic sales plans

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

  • Ability to travel up to 35%
