Salesforce Implementation Manager ConnectMe
ConnectMe enables a digital workplace using data and insights to connect the workforce to what they need, where and where they need it. It allows HR to integrate and streamline information across various system through a personalized dashboard.
Work You ll Do
As a Salesforce Implementation Manager - ConnectMe , you will be leading the Client Implementation of ConnectMe to ensure a seamless transition of the product into their existing enterprise systems.
This will include:
Working with your Clients to understand their functional and technical requirements in order to architect the solutions to solve their business issues.
Supporting the team as they build custom demos of the product to show clients the power of ConnectMe.
Being directly involved in the continuous development of ConnectMe, Deloitte s proprietary product built on the Salesforce.com platform.
Providing your expert knowledge in SFDC to support the implementation of the product for our clients
Responsible for delivering systems and enhancements developed from established requirements by working closely with Onshore counterparts, clients, developers, implementation partners etc.
Act as end-to-end implementation consultant for clients, navigating them through implementations leveraging design thinking and agile techniques
Provide sales support as needed including acting as a subject matter expert and potentially configuring system for client demos with quick turnaround time
Leading and managing a work stream on enterprise implementations
Use problem solving, communication and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to act as both a functional and technical architect for Salesforce deployments
Bachelor s Degree
Strong functional and technical understanding of Salesforce
Experience in leading multiple Salesforce Implementations
Experience leading a virtual project team (both onshore and offshore)
Experience working in Agile environments
Up to 75% travel
Solution Architecture experience
Salesforce Service Cloud, Administrator and App Builder Certifications a strong plus
Direct experience with SFDC Service Cloud, Sales Cloud or Force.com (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com)
Ability to quickly grasp, learn and provide ConnectMe Configuration solutions to client needs
Prior SFDC knowledge on debugging and resolving custom components including integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools - e.g. Datastage
Knowledge of the HR function & processes preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
External consulting experience with a big consulting firm preferred
