Dirty Lemon Beverages Sales Account Manager in New York, New York

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Account Manager for all Iris Nova brands. Our organization is growing rapidly — you will be asked to wear many different hats and take initiative to get things done. This is not a 9 to 5, clock in / clock out mindset job. You will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will also include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as contract negotiation with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role you need to have superb interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the sales process. Previous experience in a sales role is required.


  • Assisting clients with new order processing

  • Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints for all brands in the Iris Nova portfolio

  • Respond to emails and correspondence with a level of professionalism that is in line with the standards of the organization

  • Generate leads and prospect new business opportunities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals set forth by the Global Sales Director and the Executive Team

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

  • Execute marketing initiatives, supporting all brands in the portfolio

  • Understand and promote company programs

  • Visit clients on a regular basis, evaluating company needs and promoting products and services

  • Maintain clear, concise client records and order history

  • Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability

  • Liaise with the operations, logistics, finance and marketing teams

  • Assist in analyzing and monitoring customer accounts

  • Process sales data and perform key data entry reports

  • Support the sales cycle process from beginning to end


  • Associates degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field

  • Experience in sales

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

  • A commitment to excellent customer service

  • Clear and concise communication both written and verbal

  • Superb customer service skills with the ability to foster great relationships

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail

  • Desire to work individually and as a group

  • Excellent presentation skills – both written and verbal

  • Dedicated to supporting key team members to ensure success

  • Interest in the product and industry
