KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Advisory to join our Deal Advisory & Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management in the Advisory practice

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements

  • Compose and edit letters, memos, invoices, meetings minutes and other documents; prepare expense reports and billing

  • Handle and has access to highly confidential information

  • Coordinate projects to support Risk Management initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Proficient with all MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook; Concur is a plus

  • Excellent time management, customer service and written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to work independently and as a team player
