KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Corporate Communications to join our Communications organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Communications Officer and practice senior leadership

  • Anticipate travel needs and independently coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars; coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls

  • Lead or assist with event marketing, national practice meetings, finance reporting, or business planning and development

  • Build relationships internally and externally, and obtain an understanding of priorities, projects and preferences in order to meet expectations and support firm initiatives

  • Exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of nine years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Proficient with all MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Experience with Concur or related online travel and expense system, and electronic document management systems, such as SharePoint is a plus

  • Excellent time management, customer service, written and verbal communication skills

  • Capacity to work overtime and/or from other KPMG offices, as needed
