KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Corporate Communications to join our Communications organization.
Provide administrative support to the Chief Communications Officer and practice senior leadership
Anticipate travel needs and independently coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Manage and maintain complex calendars; coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Lead or assist with event marketing, national practice meetings, finance reporting, or business planning and development
Build relationships internally and externally, and obtain an understanding of priorities, projects and preferences in order to meet expectations and support firm initiatives
Exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions with minimal supervision
Minimum of nine years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Proficient with all MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with Concur or related online travel and expense system, and electronic document management systems, such as SharePoint is a plus
Excellent time management, customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to work overtime and/or from other KPMG offices, as needed
