  • In the role of Associate Director, you’ll perform the following tasks:

  • Build ROI and forecast models built on zero based budget scenarios

  • Build Media Mix Models and Forecasts

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sources

  • Articulate and present findings across multiple mediums (email, MS Word, PowerPoint, verbally, through visualization dashboards, infographics, etc.)

  • Make strategic recommendations to describe not just what the results are but what they mean

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to stay abreast of new technologies, vendor capabilities, and client opportunities

  • A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate the following behaviors:

  • A degree in Economics, Finance, or Marketing

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics including but not limited to financial services, accounting, banking, social media, digital display, website, mobile apps, search, CRM

  • Strong Proficiency within Microsoft Excel

  • Strong Proficiency within Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote (Graphing, Formatting, etc.)

  • Experience in Media Mix Modelling, preferably from an Advertising Agency

  • Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, SpitFire, QlikView) preferred

  • Familiarity with data structure and workflows (e.g. databases, data storage, API’s) preferred

  • Strong communication, project management, organizational and strategic thinking skills

  • Work experience in agency/sports marketing nice to have, but not mandatory

  • Highly motivated and capable of both working independently and with a team
