KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Customer & Operations for ourpractice.
Participate in client engagements and work streams focused on improvement and optimization of processes surrounding clinical, quality, operational and financial outcomes across the different levels of healthcare services
Communicate regularly with project managers, project teams and representatives from various functional teams, including escalating any matters that require additional analysis
Take ownership and responsibility for completing assigned tasks with limited supervision; support effective and thorough research, data gathering and analysis
Assist peers in project delivery, seek team learning/support opportunities, and work in teams assisting clients across the entire care continuum
Utilize problem solving skills, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, intellectual rigor to question the breaking down and analyzing of complex issues when framing approaches for potential solutions
Assist in proposal development and other new business development activities
A minimum of one year of experience with managing projects, leading meetings, drafting reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis and design
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Nursing, HealthCare, Business Administration, Information Technology, Biology & Life Sciences, or a related field
Project experience consists of clinical, quality, financial, information technology and operational within the Healthcare industry
Strong MS office skills including Excel, Project, Word, Power Point and Visio. Assist in proposal development and other new business development activities
Basic understanding of clinical, operations, and systems integration in the Healthcare industry
Ability to travel up to eighty to one hundred percent of the time
