Mission for the position:
The Growth Marketing Manager will work in partnership with the VP of Brand Management, Store Managers and our Founders in creating marketing plans to lift performance/productivity of brands on the Leap platform and tackling key initiatives to help establish the Leap brand as the authority & leader in Retail-as-a-Service. To do so, the Growth Marketing Manager will build and manage local, national and regional marketing campaigns to help drive traffic (to stores & online) for our brand partners as well as assist in the development and management of programming pertaining to Leap B2B brand building, including local & national PR, events, digital and other strategies.
Build, deploy and manage integrated/multi-channel marketing programs to drive traffic and conversion/sales for brand stores on the Leap platform and within/for our brand partners' owned online channels (i.e. ecomm storefronts), including collaborating directly with brand owners to execute in OOH, Email, CRM / customer outreach, Digital, Social, Print, Radio, etc.
Partner with Store Managers to oversee execution of field marketing programming pre- and post- openings, including but not limited to cross-channel local advertising campaign planning execution, event activations and other community development initiatives, store-level CRM programs, and building connections with local community partners such as non-competitive retail brands and other local merchants
Support the development of brand-centric components of overall retail execution for / on behalf of Leap brands across categories e.g. integrated and experiential marketing program development, sales/training knowledge system inputs (LMS data), etc.
Perform store and footprint level mix analysis and other analytics to deliver actionable insights for improving store performance/productivity based on brand, product and customer data.
Support cross-functional workflows between internal and outside/contracted Store Design team members, Store Development Project Managers, and Retail Operations team members to implement visual merchandising and other store design optimizations for store on the Leap Platform.
Partner with Retail Operations leaders/managers and Store Managers to help compile, synthesize and analyze marketing program performance and store performance reports for internal and external stakeholders and brand partners
Lead content creation & day-to-day management of social presence for the Leap brand (e.g. Linkedin, Instagram, FB, Twitter) and website to better establish Leap as a thought leader in the space of retail, technology & innovation.
Help build and manage Leap's CRM system and workflows, including programming to inform various stakeholders on Leap news
Assist with planning and development of B2C and B2B marketing & event activations & PR including editorial outreach, brand summits, panels, new store openings and more
Assist in the refinement of the brand positioning, voice and overall strategy for the Leap brand.
Key competencies & attributes for success:
4+ years experience in marketing, PR, brand management and/or management consulting
Experience working within a high growth emerging brand and/or platform/technology startups is a plus
Experience in digital first marketing & brand building
Proficient in designing & creating digital content & printed collateral
Success in driving brand partnerships and local marketing activations
Well versed in direct (non agency) social media management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solving skills
Working knowledge of the retail, DTC, luxury and fashion brands landscape
Strong cross-functional teamwork and project management skills
Self starter, humble, quick learner, with high aptitude for self-improvement

Successful marketing program deployment and ongoing management including ownership of reporting and analysis, and program optimization, as measured against program performance targets for contribution to store traffic, sales and customer experience ratings and feedback
Successful implementation of Leap Brand owned asset strategy as measured by audience growth and engagement
Consistent, timely execution/delivery of programming (execution) and reporting against agreed upon roadmap and OKRs
Consistent, successful collaboration with direct report manager, Store Managers and other Retail Operations team members, brand partner stakeholders (Leap brand customers) and other administrative/corporate functional leaders (e.g. Finance, HR, et al)
