IT - Service Desk – Account Administration
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Location - Airoli office
Creates and modifies Active Directory accounts, Security Groups and Distribution Lists.
Creates different types of Exchange mailboxes based on requirements.
Creates Mail Users and Mail Contacts.
Creates Shared Mailboxes.
Applies Full Mailbox access and Send As permissions to shared mailboxes.
Applies groups permissions to file shares.
Creates network folders.
Receives request forms and processes them according to documentation/policies.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Bachelor’s Degree / BCA (Bachelors in Computer Applications) / BSc IT is preferred or experience equal to. BE is preferred
Must possess extensive experience in Active Directory administration. At least 2 years related experience.
Strongly prefer experience in Microsoft Exchange administration. At least 2 years related experience.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication skills; must clearly be able to communicate business.
Strong customer service skills.
Must be able to work independently and make sound business decisions.
Excellent initiative, work ethic and creativity.
Ability to be flexible to the rapidly changing needs of the department and company.
Experience developing, planning, and implementing short and long-range goals.
Strong time management skills.
Positive and team-oriented attitude, with strong leadership
