The opportunity

We have an exciting career opportunity as an Account and Markets Manager to join our BBC Business Development team based in the Bahamas. The Account/Markets Manager is responsible for working with Global Client Service Partners (GCSPs), the Business Development Leader and Client Executive to drive global account, campaign and strategic relationships management; sales and program management; and account communications and administration. The Account/Markets Manager ensures that all locations, solutions and service lines of the firm are actively engaged around our largest, most complex global accounts/campaigns and that we deliver Exceptional Client Service (ECS) in all internal and external encounters.

Key Responsibilities

Global account and campaign management:

  • Drive the key activities of EY’s AccountManagement Framework (AMF) and campaign framework

  • Co-develop account/campaign strategy withleadership and drive global execution of account/campaign plan

  • Drive service line planning activity andaccount integration

  • Prepare and facilitate account/campaignmeetings

  • Responsible for follow-up on account/campaignactions by tracking progress against deadlines and driving activity

  • Understand both the clients’ business agendaand EY services to enable leveraging the global EY network to connect ourclients to the right people

  • Develop and manage the account/campaignonboarding process and appropriate materials

  • Own the Client Experience (feedback) process –develop the plan, attend interviews, drive action after interviews and year-endfollow-up

  • Act as a project manager for specific account/campaignactivity

  • Help to develop account/campaign materials

Sales and program management

  • Manage the annual global revenue planningprocess with leadership

  • Manage select client relationships

  • Own client relationship events

  • Own and manage the Client RelationshipManagement (CRM) process

  • Co-develop the account/campaign relationshipstrategy, including management of the global relationship map

  • Manage the account/campaign pipeline processand drive discipline across global team

  • Manage the pursuit process for opportunities,working closely with key partners

  • Execute win/loss debriefs

  • Identify EY thought leadership and insights tobe shared with the client

Communication and administration

  • Serve as a central point of contact for allinformation related to the account/campaign

  • Leverage EY resources to support the account/campaign

  • Serve as the knowledge steward of the account/campaignand with the assistance of EY Knowledge, connect global team to EY tools andclient business issues

  • Operate both internally and externally and ona local and global virtual basis to achieve results

  • Work with minimal supervision, linking in withaccount team as and when required

  • Delegate relevant processes and projects tooff-shore Account Coordinator, supervises and reviews results

  • Strong attention to detail and soundorganizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, presentand influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Proven sound judgment and flexibility inbalancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping peopleand projects moving on schedule, with high attention to detail

  • Effective influencing and relationshipbuilding skills with strong executive presence

  • Proactive self-starter with a committed teamoriented attitude

  • Leadership, facilitation, coaching andmentoring skills

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor’s or post-graduate degree (emphasisin Marketing or Business preferred) or equivalent relevant experience

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of account managementor similar relevant experience, ideally gained within a global multinationalcompany

  • Strong business/commercial acumen and anunderstanding of major industry sector trends preferred

  • Proven ability to work and influencecross-functionally and geographically and with a broad range of internal andexternal stakeholders and departments

  • Experience in delivering client-focusedsolutions based on customer needs

  • Deep knowledge of account/campaign salesmanagement processes and tools

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentationskills, including strong command of English

Ideally,you’ll also have

  • ProfessionalProject Management certification would be beneficial

  • Advanced MS Office skills

  • Professional services experience preferred butnot essential; financial services industry knowledge

  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, as overtime and travel will berequired during busy periods

  • A dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment
