Correct Care Solutions Talent Acquisition Marketing Director in Nashville, Tennessee


The Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing Director will lead the TA Marketing team and be responsible for designing and executing on the Talent Acquisition Marketing Strategy for Wellpath. This strategy will be focused on identifying, engaging and attracting high quality talent for Wellpath. This will include developing and promoting a compelling employee value proposition, building employment brand awareness, developing our candidate relationship management strategy for key roles, determining the mix of marketing vendors/technology to best advertise Wellpath employment opportunities amongst other TA Marketing functions



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required

  • Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree) preferred


  • 5+ years of experience designing and executing on TA Marketing strategy for a multi-market, multi-facility organization

  • 7+ years of experience in employment brand marketing preferred

  • Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide Candidate Relationship Management program (CRM)

  • Experience building and promoting an employment brand and EVP

  • Proven track of record of building, managing and optimizing large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns

  • Deep analytical abilities, respect to evaluating marketing campaign and vendor performance to maximize ROI

  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve talent attraction goals

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others

  • Able to consistently nail details, driving process and managing to goals

  • A love of solving difficult problems

The Director of TA Marketing will partner cross-functionally to offer guidance around:

  1. Local brand strategy: utilize marketing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning, leveraging the overall brand guidelines and value prop, tailoring for the local market

  2. Vendor Performance: use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals

  3. Candidate experience: Be the evangelist for the candidate experience in owned markets, working to continuously improve the candidate journey
