Randstad Technologies Nashville is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst

Randstad Technologies is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to fill a long term contract role with one of our largest clients in Smyrna, TN. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience on a helpdesk servicing tier 1 and tier 2 issues. Primary responsibilities in this role include answering phones and email requests, providing phone support and creating and submitting trouble tickets for higher level support. Key competencies include basic computer skills, analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding customer relations and service skills.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ Yrs Helpdesk Support

  • General technical knowledge of Windows

  • Ability to learn applications quickly

  • Excellent customer service skills

Client has 37.5 Hr work week

location: Nashville, Tennessee
