Front Desk Receptionist is a Full-time position.iProbationary period for 90 days then promoted to full time benefits after satisfactory performance review.Duties:Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, and scheduling appointmentsGreet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinationsSchedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendarsData entry of medical informationFile and maintain recordsTransmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machineCollect, sort, distribute, or prepare mailProvide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services providedPerform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception areaWork Activities:Interacting With Computers i Using computers enter dataPerforming Administrative Activities i Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperworkGetting Information i Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sourcesCommunicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates i Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in personProcessing Information i Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or dataCommunicating with Persons Outside Organization i Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
