Executive Program Assistant

Key Role:

Work under the guidance of the Booz Allen program manager, manage the Air Force client's front office, and a variety of special projects. Provide full day-to-day administrative support, including managing a calendar, scheduling, planning travel logistics, and coordinate meetings. Play a key role in coordinating multiple projects and events effectively. Manage work and balance assignments and to day to day functions. Work in a collaborative culture and show excellent judgment and tact.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience working in an administrative position

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

-Experience with database management and event management systems

-Ability to exercise excellent judgment in maintaining confidential data

-Ability to be detail oriented and a problem solver and deliver high-quality results on time

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working directly with executives at all levels and engaging with international cultures

-Experience in working with multiple teams, priorities, and projects at the same time

-Experience with planning and managing a wide range of events and activities

-Ability to communicate in a poised and professional demeanor

-Ability to take initiative, ask questions, and offer recommendations related to the end goals of process improvement and customer satisfaction

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-BA or BS degree preferred
