Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking highly-motivated, engaging IT Support Supervisor in our Missoula, MT location. In this role you will oversee the daily operations and activities of the Helpdesk Support team to ensure high quality Tier-1 support to Consumer Direct and the Consumer Direct Family of Companies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Supervise a team of IT Support Analysts
Plan and schedule staff coverage to accommodate services provided
Effectively handle escalations
Promote an environment that is focused on strong customer-service
Collaborate with management on opportunities and issues that occur
Facilitate training with new staff and processes
All other duties as required
Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
2-5 years’ experience managing a team
Experience with Microsoft AD and Exchange
Experience with Skype for Business
Ability to work well in a team
Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
Experience with inventory management a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
