Basic Purpose: Provides administrative support for the eLearning team, associated programs and the Learning Management System. Primary Duties: eLearning Programs Provides administrative support to Sr. Manager, eLearning. This includes, but is not limited to: calendar management, organizing meetings and conference calls; organizing/distributing meeting agendas; assist with creating memos, spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, credit card reconciliation, and budget coordination. Maintain knowledge on current suite of eLearning products. Monitor eLearning product inboxes; respond to member and non-member inquiries and provide excellent internal and external customer service. Work with individual product owners, as needed, to respond to inquiries. Oversee webpage content for eLearning products. This includes regular review of sites/pages, drafting content and submitting updates. Serve as SharePoint Site Owner for eLearning programs, including attending owner group meetings and supporting the department to reduce and resolve issues related to SharePoint. Other program administrative duties as assigned. Learning Management System Supports the maintenance and delivery of the Learning Management System. This includes, but is not limited to: Administer daily activities within the LMS including course and user management; assist members and non-members and provide excellent internal and external customer service. Partner with LMS vendor when problems or questions arise to support users, troubleshoot problems, and resolve escalated issues. Serve as the primary content management resource for the eLearning team by maintaining learning content in the LMS. Create course shells, upload files, publish and update courses based on specifications from product owners. Provide technical and "how-to" support and training for internal product owners. Communicate system wide changes and updates to internal product owners and teams. Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of LMS updates and enhancements. Prepare documentation and end user training materials. Monitor, generate and interpret system reports on program and system performance. Assists in developing and implementing system content guidelines, standards and processes. Troubleshoot and problem solve technology issues within the LMS environment. Performs other duties as assigned. eLearning Subcommittee Support Provides administrative support for the eLearning Subcommittee. This includes, but is not limited to: Meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, agenda preparation, agenda distribution, minutes, conference call set up, reconciling expense reports, general correspondence, and related tasks as necessary. Serve as liaison to LMS subcommittee workgroup. This includes agenda preparation, ongoing communication with physician project champion, monthly conference calls with workgroup members, identifying action items based on workgroup discussion, and reporting on workgroup progress on a regular basis. Draft product memos and reports regarding program performance and utilization for subcommittee review.
