Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. We help our clients by developing individualized plans for everything from retirement goals to business succession planning, to family legacy intentions. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement.

Wells Fargo provides a full range of trust and investment management products through various Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) and Wholesale Banking business lines. Trust Operations plays an integral role in supporting the trust and custody lines of business as a “back office utility” by providing shared services processing support. Key functional areas include: Trust Asset Services, Trust Cash Accounting and Fees, Security Servicing, Custody Services, Operational Risk Management and Regulatory Reporting, and various support functions. The Trust Operations team of approximately 350 team members manages more than $1.9 trillion in custody assets for more than 200,000 accounts held on its trust accounting system.

Trust Operations supports the following Wells Fargo business lines and their customers:

  • Investment & Fiduciary Services (part of Wealth)

  • Abbot Downing

  • Institutional Retirement & Trust

  • Corporate Trust Services (part of Wholesale)

  • Other entities within Wealth and Investment Management

Must be available to work within the core business hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm CT

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment

  • Solid problem solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo SEI Trust 3000 Wells Fargo Trust Accounting system of record

  • Workflow management experience
