Job Title REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (RAM) Education Bachelor's Degree Career Level Senior Manager Category Healthcare Job Type/ FLSA Status Salaried Exempt Travel Required None Shift Type N/A Job Description Job Summary By the direction of the VP - Strategic Account Management, this position is responsible for the overall management of the customer relationship including understanding client objectives and in conjunction with ABM Operations, offering ABM solutions that can help the client to achieve those objectives. Additionally, this position acts as a single point of contact for the client for all aspects of contract compliance including service escalations, service delivery quality, SOW compliance, key performance indicators, invoicing and collections. This position will work very closely with the Regional VP and members of the Regional management to ensure proper communications between he client and regional operations. This includes providing regional QBRs with Regional Management. This position is responsible for maintaining a proactive line of communications to the client within the region supported and work closely with other RAMs to develop and deliver quarterly business reviews. This position will insure that both ABM and Client standards are being achieved. A major key to success for this position is the ability to form and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Essential Functions: Communicating with Key Client Management Understand client's key objectives and promote ABM as a component to meeting the objectives especially in services ABM is not the current provider Supports Transition activities, and monitors rollout schedules, targets and plans Ensuring that all standardization programs have been set and are being utilized Drive above contract services (TAG) and cross selling ("solve one more") Coordinating all billing and accounting requirements relative to the Client, and in conjunction with ABM's standards Review and approval monthly contractual billing Monitoring Profit and Loss Statements ensuring accuracy and optimal financial performance Monitoring the accounts receivable activity of the account ensuring accuracy and timeliness Work with client and ABM operations to expand the statement of work (SOW) at a local and account level Ensuring that all contract terms and requirements are being upheld by both the Client and ABM Following up and insuring problems and/or issues are resolved via work order management and within the contract SLA Monitoring and reporting on contract key performance indicators and provide an early warning of non-compliance Conduct Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients driven by KPIs Engage internal teams and clients in continual improvement through traditional and established continual improvement models like Lean, Six Sigma, etc. Contribution to the evolution of and strategic execution of the Strategic Account Playbook Drive proactive service delivery through predictive analytics driven by internal and external systems that produce leading/lagging indicators of performance Contribute to the innovation process and crafting next gen service del
