Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 3 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

The HealthInsurance Master PrincipalSales Consultant (SC)will be responsible for supporting the Oracle Health Insurance Sales Organizationin North America, from both a technical and commercial perspective.
Understand clientbusiness needs and requirements by working directly with the Oracle Insurancesales division across the Americas, with specific focus on the US market
Utilize your deep understanding of health insurance, inorder to demonstrate value to prospective clients. Favorable adjudication willbe given to candidates that can offer deep knowledge of the Health InsurancePayer sector
Conduct solution gap analysis in collaboration with OracleConsulting, to determine requirements to deploy OHI solution at customers
Conduct client demonstrations (both webcast and live)tailored to meet new and ongoing sales related activity
Respond to RFP/RFI (Request for proposal/information) forOracle Health Insurance
Support the sales group in terms of positioning our productsand services to displace competitors during the sales process
Prepare requirement and functional specifications to supportclient engagements
Influence product development based on prospectinteractions, market trends, local country requirements
Communicate product information, changes and direction tosales managers.
Understand current business / industry environment includingrelevant regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
This person must havea minimum of 10 years health insurance experience. Favorable responses will begiven to candidates that have deep industry knowledge of the Healthcare Payermarket. With this experience, and assessment will be made as to whether thecandidate can accommodate the technology skills required to be successfullytrained on OHI.
Strong technology skills can be demonstrated to ensure thatthe capacity to build the technical demonstrations that are required can bebuilt out to the standards that are currently part of the OHI solution set.This includes the capability to do configuration in OHI (an assessment for thewillingness and capability may be done to check the candidate).
Strong industry knowledge of the broader health insurancemarket and vendor landscape, but with specific focus on the US market.
Strong demonstrable ability to create the value propositionand solution documents, and in some cases, the business case for change.
Relationship management experience with Corporate Customers,either in a presales or delivery role (eg as a Consultant or Project Manager)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills & ability to understand andcapture business requirements
Mobile across US (travel between 25 to 50%)
