Job Summary: Performs operational responsibilities for administering security and access control for business applications and infrastructure systems. Provides support in the area of security compliance to assist in the evaluation of ECMC Enterprise security effectiveness. This includes assisting in security audits, reviews, and IT governance practices for the purpose of protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer and employee data to ensure compliance with organization policies, standards, and legislative mandates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers and troubleshoots domain accounts, business applications, and infrastructure system accounts through the entire lifecycle (creation, modification, deletion) throughout the enterprise. Responds to inquiries regarding logs and reports of domain controllers, business applications and infrastructure systems. Participates in security monitoring and responds to security incidents as required. Monitors and helps maintain appropriate role-based access controls in accordance with least privilege (minimum necessary) controls. Assists with security/compliance reviews and audits performed by Enterprise Security Office, internal and external auditors. Assists with security/compliance testing. Provides input into the development of new/modified security policies, standards and procedures. Evaluates and provides input to security posture, technologies, and requirements. Promotes the security goals, objectives and training awareness events of the Enterprise Security Office. Collaborates with Internal Audit, Corporate Compliance, Enterprise Risk, Information Technology, Corporate Services/Physical Security and other departments Complies with all ECMC Group Policies Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 2+ years of relevant work experience in information technology and/or information security Working experience in IT and/or security methodologies Hands on experience in security practices preferred Hands on experience using audit analysis software preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES Proficient in Active Directory User Groups, Microsoft Exchange, and service management systems Comprehensive analysis and research skills and demonstrate the ability identify and solve problems using sound judgment Excellent interactive, written and verbal communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information to individuals or groups.
