Front End Developer Analytics

job summary:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Front-end Engineering & Delivery for Interactive Marketing, the Lead Analytics/Tagging Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering experiences on a modern web platform. The developer will work with our core team and build positive, productive relationships with Business, Technology and other teams in the organization to execute on web initiatives.

  • Responsible for developing and delivering experiences on a modern web platform.

  • Work with core team and build positive, productive relationships with Business, Technology and other teams in the organization to execute on web initiatives.

  • Help establish solid practices and a consistent front-end technology framework for delivering effective experiences across web properties.

qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Front End experience

  • Experience writing plain JavaScript fluently and efficiently

  • Experience with JavaScript and jQuery

  • Experience applying programming paradigms to code (functional, object-oriented, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics or similar analytics tools

  • Strong knowledge of DOM tree manipulation and how browsers execute JavaScript on the page

  • Understanding of Internet security and experience looking analytics to determine if any security issues are present

  • Experience working with business units to gather requirements and execute based on their input

  • Experience writing and maintaining quality documentation

  • Experience reading MDN documentation

  • Experience working within an Agile environment
