PositionSummary:

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the front-line ambassador for Winslow Capital managing and maintaining a best-in-class working environment for our front-of-house reception and conference space. You will be the first point of contact providing high-touch hospitality service to Winslow Capital’s external clients, guests and callers. This position is an extension of our office services and facilities and would be a great fit for an individual looking to establish their career in a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Opening and/or closing the office

  • Welcoming, screening and directing all guests andclients

  • Professionally answering and routing all incomingcalls

  • Coordinating schedules for multiple conference roomsand facilitating catering

  • Maintaining an orderly and pristine appearance ofoffice refreshment areas, conference rooms, guest reception areas andfront desk, coordinating maintenance as needed

  • Distributing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes

  • Providing initial support for copiers, printers,fax, and postage machine

  • Managing office supplies inventory

  • Managing firm phone lists

  • Assisting with planning special events

  • Providing administrative support and coordinatingprojects as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office setting

  • Must be reliable and responsible

  • Positive attitude, friendliness and professionalappearance essential

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,both oral and written

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizationskills

  • Willingness to be flexible and help all departments

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MicrosoftOffice Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Some tasks may require the ability to sit and typefor long periods of time and lift approximately 20-40lbs for short periodsof time

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 4 or more years ofexperience in an office setting

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently,manage own schedule and initiate improvement projects with limiteddirection

  • High degree of proficiency in MS-Office Outlookemail and calendar management

  • Ability to change task priority levels when needed

  • Strong sense of responsibility, dedication andability to work independently.

  • Collaborative style and ability to maintainprofessionalism at all times under stressful situations
