Job Description Come run with Sasquatch as an Associate Brand Manager (ABM), Strategic Growth Initiatives to share responsibility for Jack Link's White Space Innovation Commercialization Process and Strategy. In this role, the ABM will work directly with cross functional team members to develop and commercialize new products, refine our commercialization process, create new product strategies, develop launch campaigns, and support plans. To be successful in this role, the ABM needs to be a strong strategic thinker who is excellent at project management, communicating and translating strategy to multiple levels of the organization. A successful individual in this role needs to be comfortable with ambiguity, possess a strong a sense of urgency, as well as possess the creativity and strategic insight to develop and lead new paths of growth. Specifically, you will: Innovation and Business Strategy - Help develop the white space innovation strategy to achieve long-term and short-term business goals, including the new product development strategic road map. Help identify new product and commercial opportunities and assess competitive threats to determine best courses of action. Project Management - Lead new product development teams to create, refine and commercialize new products. Work with cross-functional teams, agency partners and external vendors to deliver results. New Product Marketing Execution - Execute elements of the marketing plan for new product launches, including price promotions, in-store creative, media plans, social/digital communications, event marketing, and market research projects. Work with cross functional counterparts to execute commercialization plans flawlessly Analytics and Tracking - Responsible for analyzing brand performance and competitive environment to identify problems, opportunities and trends, as well as leading reporting of key business metrics. Planning and Budgeting - Assist in development of annual marketing and integrated marketing communications. Responsible for both sales/marketing budget management and forecasting for assigned brands. Ad Hoc Projects for the Marketing team, as well as other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
