Minco is looking for a successful Account Manager (AM). If you have a proven track record of sales wins and an interest in developing your career in OEM sales and account management, then this is the opportunity for you!
We seek a high-energy, high-performance sales professional to sell our custom-designed components, assemblies and solutions for temperature management. As you deliver consistent revenue growth, you will be rewarded with an attractive bonus and a competitive base salary. As a member of Minco’s sales team, you will work closely with Minco’s Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Communication teams, as well as our Product Marketing Managers and Design Engineers.
Manage all facets of the Sales Process: Identify, prospect, qualify, develop, propose, present, and close to win prototype and production orders and to design solutions for the success of our customers.
Develop existing accounts to increase revenue, while pursuing and winning new accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
A history of success selling custom, highly-engineered products to customers in the Medical, Defense, and/or Aerospace markets preferred.
Ability to travel when needed.
