ALPHA SOURCE INC Strategic Accounts Manager in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position responsibilities include: Establishing, cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with key leaders and other decision makers within OEMs, Asset Managers and IDNs. Gaining understanding of the strategic goals, future business needs, expectations and interests of OEM, asset managers and IDN customers, obtaining product-specific knowledge where needed. Developing cross-platform solutions to customer needs based on existing enterprise resources and capabilities. Leading the sales process across multiple levels of the OEMs, asset managers and IDNs and the ASG organization to ensure solutions delivery is aligned with customer priorities and drives ASG revenue growth. Ensuring appropriate transition of the specific account customer solution to ASG internal relationship manager and sales, service and/or operational teams for implementation and ongoing operation and delivery of customer solutions. Effectively creating and leading customer business reviews in order to meet the customer's ongoing requirements. Master's degree is desired. Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic account management and/or working within a strategic sales environment. Previous IDN or Asset Management strategic selling experience. Previous knowledge of healthcare delivery systems. Demonstrated experience selling in complex, matrixed environments, representing multiple product lines or technical solutions simultaneously. Strong solutions orientation and focus on customer experience and satisfaction. Highly effective relationship development and relationship management skills, to include those with C-Suite management. Must possess a high level of critical and strategic thinking skills, advanced sales skills, problem solving skills, as well as objection handling skills. Ability to successfully define work flows and to obtain optimum effectiveness. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Ability to manage and develop complex relationships internally and externally. Demonstrated understanding of sales cycle and specific strategies and tactics to protect and win business.
