Our client needs help a growing MSR+ (Mail, Shipping, Receiving, Plus) organization to convert traditional document-based trainings to an existing online platform. Someone with experience with SumTotal using Articulate 360.
Advanced/Expert MS Office applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Experience developing curriculum for SumTotal using Articulate 360.
5+ years web/graphic design experience. Proficiency in an industry accepted graphic design program.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Graphic Design, Education, IT (web design focus) or related field of study.
Individual must have the ability to be autonomous, self-starting, and be able to deliver completed projects on a set schedule.
Together with the Program Manager, Service Delivery Managers and Training Manager, identify and schedule priority trainings for conversion/development to the e-curriculum platform. Maintain a detailed roadmap schedule of development for each training module.
Design, develop, conduct UAT, and roll-out content-rich, interactive trainings for the SumTotal platform that asses the user’s knowledge, acknowledges participation, and certifies satisfactory completion of each module.
Create professional, attractive, and engaging design elements for module pages/sections using Articulate 360. Complete visual customization, and basic video capture/editing as needed.
Work with service delivery managers to validate accuracy and value of the training content.
Work with IT and applicable vendors to upload trainings to the content management system.
Setup and maintain revisit/update schedules for training courses developed. Perform periodic maintenance and updates of training modules. Add, remove, and replace trainings as timing dictates. Maintain versioning control spreadsheet on SharePoint.
Participate in project planning and management meetings ready to report on roll-out progress.
Assist the training manager in identifying other training areas of value.
Other ad-hoc tasks as directed.
