Purpose of the KHN Fellowship
The KHN Fellowship is designed to augment a professional’s career and accelerate development with education focusing on leadership preparation. The fellow will participate with executive leaders in analyzing operational, demographic, economic, political, and technological forces impacting healthcare as well as participating in a strategic response to these forces via projects and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
- The Fellowship is a developmental experience focused on leadership preparation. Fellows are responsible for projects and rotations outlined by their department leader and executive coach. As an employee of KHN the Fellow is responsible to maintain continuing education and employee health requirements within regulatory guidelines and clinical guidelines as needed. In this role the Fellow is expected to uphold exemplary standards of behavior, dress, and communication. Job duties for the Fellow will vary depending on department assignment.
Education and Experience Required
- A bachelor’s degree required with a GPA above 3.20
Knowledge and Skills Required
Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
