This is an excellent opportunity to join our company, to grow with us and share in our success.JOB SUMMARYRespond to customer requestsProduce cost estimates for testing programsExplain the processes of material degradation to customersDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWrite cost estimates for natural and accelerated weathering testsFollow up on cost estimates requested but not receivedCustomer education and test program setupAssist with other sales contacts as necessaryEnter miscellaneous events into client contact databaseOther tasks as necessary or requiredSKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSScientific background or affinity is requiredMinimum Associate?s degree in a science or technology field

Previous experience in a Customer Service position is preferredHave a good working knowledge of MS Word and ExcelSkill in digital and verbal communication is a mustMust be detailed and excellent at documentationFluency in written and spoken English requiredAdditional fluency in Mandarin Chinese or German preferred, but not requiredINTER-RELATIONSHIPSWork with the Technical Services Coordinator to coordinate sales follow up effortsAbility to interact with customers over the telephone or through written e-mailsCoordinate with lab managers to determine test and report information
