QA and Testing Specialist
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creates and executes various testing documentation (including plans, conditions and scripts) based on technical and user requirements:
Tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects and / or system performance including scalability and load testing.
Performs regression testing.
Ensures adequate product testing, in accordance with established standards and requirements, prior to implementation.
Writes and maintains test automation.
Maintains Test Script Library and / or performance test results.
Documents problems and coordinates resolutions.
Performs other duties as assigned

3 to 5 years of related experience. Familiar with relational databases and client-server concepts.Strong understanding of the system development life cycle.
Experience testing large application initiatives
Ability to adhere to established Software Development Lifecycle methods
Ability to ensure all documentation is in order to facilitate audit requirements
Applied knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, tools and technologies, including test plans, scenarios, strategies and related procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize tasks and interact with development team
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
skills: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least two, typically five or more years experience in a systems quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Requires a broad knowledge experience with automated testing and modeling tools, and change management and test case generation techniques.
- Experience with agile required.
